About Me

As a parent of five children, I know first-hand how challenging it is to watch your child struggle to navigate through mental health issues. Children are resilient, yet often they need support to make their way through life’s challenges. I help children navigate the process of growing up and realizing their potential. I use psycho-education, empathetic and client-centred talk-therapy, CBT, Play therapy, and Animal Assisted Play therapy modalities. I believe that it does indeed take a village to raise a child, and I encourage parents and caregivers to engage with me in their support. I am happy to connect with children and families from all backgrounds and walks of life: please reach out either via email or phone for a free consultation.
